Settings & Configuration
This section describes how authorized users configure organization-wide approval workflow behavior in Negroni.
Organization Settings
Open the Approval Settings panel from the organization menu.
From this panel, you can configure:
- Reviewer requirements
- Reviewer assignment behavior
- Approval validation rules
- Notification behavior
- Approval workflow restrictions
Click Save to apply changes.
A confirmation message appears after settings are successfully saved.
Common Settings
Require All Reviewers
Requires every assigned reviewer to approve before CDM Library publication.
Auto Unstage on Rejection
Automatically returns the manifest to draft status after rejection.
Review Reminder Frequency
Defines how often reminder notifications are sent for pending reviews.
Maximum Review Duration
Defines the maximum number of days a review can remain open.
Notifications Enabled
Enables or disables approval-related notifications.
Strict Approval Request
Applies additional validation requirements during request submission.
Required Reviewers
Defines reviewers that must be included in every request.
Block Publish on Requested Changes
Prevents publishing while requested changes exist.
Saving Settings
- Configure the required settings.
- Click
Save.
- Wait for the confirmation message.
Changes apply to all future approval requests.
