Approval Process

The approval process in Negroni provides an optional review workflow before a manifest is published from the Project Navigator to the CDM Library. This premium feature helps teams submit manifests, assign reviewers, track review decisions, collaborate through comments, and publish approved manifests when CDM Library governance is enabled.

Premium feature

Approval workflows are available in paid plans and are only required when your organization uses review controls for CDM Library publication.

Using the approval system, you can:

  • Submit publication requests for manifests
  • Assign and manage reviewers
  • Track approval progress and decisions
  • Collaborate using threaded comments
  • Receive notifications for approval events
  • Configure organization approval settings

  2. Assign reviewers
