Lonti Account Organization Users

Personal Organization

By default, each user account belongs to a personal organization, suitable for individual developers or evaluators. Users within a personal organization can proceed directly to the installation step without further organizational setup.

Adding Users to an Organization (Paid Plans)

For users with paid plans, adding organizational users is an essential step. Only users added to the organization by the administrative account will have access to the subscription and installation privileges.

Steps to Add Users to an Organization

  1. Login to Lonti Console: Log in to the Lonti Console using your administrator account at https://console.lonti.com.

  2. Navigate to Organization Settings: Access the settings by clicking the cog icon in the top right corner of the main navigation bar.

  3. Select "Add Member": In the "User Directory" menu, click "Users," then the "Add Member" button.

  4. Enter User Details: Provide the name and email address of the new user and assign roles. Available roles include Standard User, Billing Account, and Power User, each with specific permissions and access levels.

  5. Send Invitation: Click "Submit" to send an invitation email to the specified address.

  6. User Acceptance: The user must accept the invitation to become an active member of the organization.
