Upgrade a Lonti Plan

Pre-requisites

  • An active Lonti account with administrative permissions.

Steps to Upgrade a Plan

  1. Log in to your Account: Go to the Lonti Console and sign in with your administrator credentials.

  2. Access Account & Billing: Click your Avatar and organization name in the top right-hand corner.

  3. Navigate to Subscriptions: Under "Billing", choose the "Subscriptions" menu.

  4. Locate Your Subscription: Find the subscription you wish to upgrade.

  5. Open Modification Options: Click the Cog icon next to your subscription.

  6. Select "Modify Plan": In the dropdown menu, choose "Modify Plan".

  7. Choose a New Plan: Pick a new plan from the available options.

  8. Confirm Upgrade: Review the plan details and costs, then click "Confirm" to upgrade.

Important Notes

  • Immediate Access: Plan upgrades take effect immediately.

  • Billing Adjustments: Your billing may be updated to reflect the new plan, including any prorated charges.

  • Role Requirements: Ensure your role allows billing changes.
